What products your factory specialize in?

We are specializing in nail drills, nail lamps, nail dust collectors, manicure pedicure kit, and other nail accessories.

Do you do OEM and ODM?

Yes, We do OEM and ODM for more than 10 years.

What’s your payment terms?

Standard terms: T/T in advance, West Union and Paypal.

Also L/C at sight is acceptable for large amount.

What’s the warranty service do you offer?

We offer 12 month warranty for all our products.

How do you guarantee the quality?

Strict QC with 7 steps testing from raw material purchase to finished product. 

We will make a pre-production sample to check the quality before mass production. 

And we will our Quality Department to make a final inspection before shipment.

How do you ship the order normally?

For large qty order, ship the goods by sea. For small qty order, by air or express. 

We supply optional express for you, including DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TXT, EMS, and so on.

How long will it take for the delivery time?

For sample, it takes about 3-7 days. for large order, it take about 15-35 days which depends on your quantity.

Can we get a free sample?

You need to pay the sample cost when buying a sample, and the sample cost will be refunded after you place a large order.

What certificates do you have for your products?

We have CE, FCC, ROHS, PSE, UKCA, UL859, MSDS, UN38.3, and so on.

What is the Minimum order quantity?

No limit, We can accept small quantity for trial order to support your business.
